When and how will I receive the vendor list after payment?

You’ll receive an access code via email within 24-48 hours of confirmation payment. The manifest list is delivered digitally - usually as a PDF or Google Doc with clickable vendor links, contact info, and notes. Check your spam/promotions tab if you don’t see it. Due to high demand volumes, you may expect delays that are rare, but may occur. Contact us @innov8impact@gmail.com if you have not received your access code after 48 hours.

Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of our products; fast delivery and immediate access to valuable vendor information; we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, with exception of cancellation within 48 hours.

Once payment is confirmed and access is delivered, you will receive a non-transferable, single-user license to view and use the vendor list or package. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the list is strictly prohibited.

For questions before purchasing, we encourage you to use the Contact Us form. We're happy to help clarify what's included in each package.

Refunds are only available if you cancel your order before receiving the access code. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Once the access code is sent, all sales are final. *Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. To receive your cash refund, please coordinate with us through the Contact Us form.*

Do I need a business license or reseller permit?

Some vendors may require a reseller license for bulk orders or wholesale pricing. However, most vendors in our current list are beginner-friendly and do not require a license to get started. If a license is needed for a specific package, it will be clearly noted in the title and description.

What payment methods do you accept? How do you place an order?

Due to recent fraud issues, we are not accepting credit or debit cards at this time. Cash only. No checks or other forms of payment are accepted.

To order, use the Contact Us form and tell us which package you want. We’ll reply within 1–3 business days.

A team member will meet you at a secure location to verify your cash. You’ll receive a pre-sale receipt at that time, and your access code will be emailed within 24–48 hours.

Will I get updates when new vendors are added?

You’ll get free updates for 30 days after purchase. After that, future updates may be sold separately. This list is not commission-based - you keep 100% of your profits.
